People

Miniloft.com was founded in 2002 by Britta Jürgens and Matthew Griffin, a pair of German/Canadian architects, who designed and built the Miniloft building.

They designed and built everything with painstaking attention to detail. From the building to the website, Britta and Matthew have created the minilofts to give you an absolutely genuine and memorable Berlin experience.

Location

Miniloft.com is located in the heart of Berlin, and has fantastic public transit connections. The closest U-bahn (subway) station is three-minute stroll from your front door, and the spectacular central train station is only a ten-minute walk.

In fifteen minutes you can visit main points of interest such as the Brandenburg Gate and the parliament buildings by foot, and while you are at it, wander through some of Berlin's most dramatic cityscapes.

The famous "Scheunenviertel" culture and night life scene is just around the corner, as are many art galleries and museums.

Your miniloft is the perfect starting point to explore this lively and fascinating city at the junction between eastern and western Europe.
